Ruth joined our team in 2016 and her specialist focus is in commercial and residential block management. She is an Associate Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors and is a fully licenced property service practitioner. In addition to being a UCD BA graduate, she holds a BSc in Property Studies and completed her dissertation on the legal recovery of service charge debt in Multi-Unit Developments.
